Before we talk about the home, let’ s talk about the incredible location. We are just minutes away from all the major highways with easy access to anywhere you want to be. Features vaulted ceiling, two fireplaces, large master with en suite master bathroom, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, media room, wet bar, workout room, outdoor fire pit and amazing outdoor kitchen.
Colorado is an outdoor lover’s paradise with miles of bike/walking trails with easy access from the home. If you prefer to explore the Rocky Mountains and foothills, you’ll find hiking trails, and Red Rocks Amphitheater.
There is an additional charge for each guest over 6. Bedroom 4 (bunkbeds) and third bathroom will be accessable for larger parties or for an additional fee.
Please note that there are security cameras on the outside of the home. They are there for the protection of both guests and the home itself.

Guest accessGuests can have access to the entire home, front and back yards. The garage and two storage areas within the home will be locked for owner personal possessions.
** Note: There is an additional fee to use the outside kitchen and/or fire pit.
The driveway accommodates two vehicles and there is plenty of room for on street parking.
House access is provided by keyless lock and code will be provided on the day of check in.
Additional notesIf you are staying over Wednesday night, we will likely ask you to help us roll the garbage can out to the street. The property manager may also access the outside gate to move the trash can to the road.
Absolutely no parties, events, or gatherings. No exceptions.
No pot, or drugs of any kind. No smoking inside or out. No pets (service animals excepted). Any violation of my house rules will result in a $500 charge.
No cable TV is available, however all TVs are smart TVs or are connected to Roku and have Pluto TV and all the other apps where you can use your current subscriptions.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs – 2 twins
Bedroom 4 - downstairs - 4 bunkbeds (not sets) and a trundle bed (this room is accessible for larger groups or for an additional charge.

Master – full bath with spa like rainfall glass enclosed shower
Upstairs – full bath with tub
Downstairs - full bath with rainfall shower (accessable for larger groups)
Check-in/Check-out:
Check out time is 10:00 am and check-in time is 4:00. This allows us to clean and reset for future guests.

Neighborhood overviewThe Willow Creek is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Colorado neighborhood and has many mature trees, larger years and a diversity of homes. Neighbors range from young families to original homeowners. This home does not have pool/tennis court access.
The home is located in a quite cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Willow Creek Park and the Willow Creek Trail system access are all within short walking distance.
The home is located in south Denver, very close to the Denver Tech Center, 5 minutes to the light rail and Park Meadows Mall, Colorado’s largest shopping mall, and 10 minutes to the Streets of SouthGlenn. Enjoy fantastic food, and take brewery and winery tours, all within minutes of the home.

Getting aroundA car is best for viewing the city. A bike is perfect for riding through the neighborhood or trails. There is a light rail station on Dry Creek & I-25 which has free parking. You can get from the airport to this station with a transfer. If choosing this option, look at the schedules and the time involved.
